Coverage
Thirty years. Zero deductible. The truck is on us.
Coverage matters most in year eight, when whoever sold you the system has moved on. These are the four things people actually call about — and below them, plainly, what this warranty does not do.
01
Major components, $0 deductible
Inverters, modules, and racking covered for the full term. Never a deductible on a warrantied claim.
02
Labor and dispatch included
If we have to come out, the truck and the hours are on us — not on a homeowner invoice.
03
Reseal and reflash
Attachment penetrations are resealed and reflashed for the life of the system, not just year one.
04
Transfers with the house
Moving? $0 transfer fee to the next owner. The warranty is an asset, not a footnote.
What it covers, and what it does not.
It covers the equipment we install and the work we do, for thirty years, with no deductible and no charge for the visit. It is not a production guarantee — how much power a roof makes depends on weather and shading, which we model at design rather than promise on a page. Modules and inverters carry their own manufacturer warranties alongside ours, and a roof we replace sits on separate Owens Corning terms with their own two clocks. Full terms and exclusions are in your contract; ask us to walk them before you sign.
A roof we replace carries Owens Corning Preferred terms: a lifetime shingle warranty, ten years of it non-prorated, plus ten years of workmanship — the part that pays the labor to tear a failed roof off. Both clocks are in the contract, and we walk them rather than bury them.
